Our Story

Hi, I’m Seth, the founder of The Protein Baker. The idea for TPB came to me after a frustrating experience with a dry, bland protein cookie from a well-known brand.

Struggling to chew and swallow it, I knew there had to be a better way to make high-protein treats that actually tasted good. That’s when I came up with the idea for a bakery that creates macro-friendly snacks—satisfying sweet cravings without the bloating or guilt.

I started building TPB during the Covid lockdown while juggling two jobs and teaching myself how to bake with protein. From crafting the recipes to designing the packaging and even building the website, I poured everything into creating the products you see today.

Food and baking have always been my passion, and now I get to share that love with you through TPB. Creating new recipes and perfecting my skills has been at the heart of this journey, and it’s been an exciting few years for the business. We’ve come a long way, and I can’t wait to show you what’s next!
